What counts as a "design"?
Each unique pot or flower bed design counts as one active design. A single client property with 8 pots would be 8 designs. Deleting old designs frees up slots.
What happens when I hit my AI limit?
You can keep creating and editing designs — AI reviews and preview images simply pause until your next billing period starts, or you can upgrade for a higher monthly allowance.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately.
What if I just need one more person, not a bigger plan?
Add seats to any plan for $19 per seat per month, right from Settings → Billing — no plan change, no sales call. A seat is real capacity, not just a login: each one adds 50 active designs, 25 AI reviews, and 10 preview images to your monthly allowance, prorated automatically.
