Pricing questions
What counts as a "design"?
Each pot or flower bed counts as one active design. A property with 8 pots is 8 designs. Deleting old designs frees the slots again.
What happens when I hit my AI limit?
Nothing breaks. You can keep creating and editing designs — AI actions and preview images simply pause until your next billing period, or you can add a Boost or move up a plan to carry on straight away.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Moving UP takes effect straight away and you pay only the prorated difference for the days left in the period. Moving DOWN — a smaller plan, or fewer Boosts — takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep the capacity you have already paid for until the period ends. A scheduled change can be canceled any time before it happens.
What if I just need a bit more, not a bigger plan?
Add a Boost to any plan for $29 a month, from Settings → Billing — no plan change, no sales call. Each Boost adds 25 AI preview images, 50 AI actions, 50 active designs and 1 extra user, every month — it refreshes with your plan rather than being a one-off top-up. Adding is prorated and starts immediately; removing takes effect at your next renewal.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes — we take a card to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. Cancel before the 7 days are up and you pay nothing.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — an annual plan is ten months' price for twelve months of service, so you get 2 months free. Professional is $199 a month, or $1,990 for the year — a saving of $398. Your AI allowance still refreshes every month, not once a year. You can switch a monthly plan to annual any time from Settings → Billing.
What happens if I delete my account?
Everything is erased — designs, images and logins — and your subscription is canceled immediately. You pay for the time you had at the ordinary monthly rate, and part-months are not refunded, so deleting mid-month gives up the rest of it. If you only want to stop paying, cancel instead and keep the time you have already bought. We always refund anything we have not delivered, such as an expert setup session that never took place, and we will reverse a renewal within 48 hours of charging it. On an annual plan the two free months are a discount for committing to the year, so if you leave early we charge the months you did use at the ordinary monthly rate and refund the rest.
